DISPLAY PRESENTATION A DIVISION OF ART GUILD INC. – Representing both sub-landlord and sub-tenant Richard Cohen signed a 5 year lease with Display Presentation for the 27,600 sq. ft. space located at 104 Parkway drive South, Hauppauge, NY The sub- tenant is a full-service Exhibition and event marketing firm and the sub-landlord specializes in producing sensational tented affairs from sporting events to corporate galas.

RUBY HAS – Represented by Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties, Ruby Has last year sign a 5 year lease for 75,000 sq. ft. at 5 Inez Drive. Ruby Has within six months the first deal needed an additional 20,000 sq. ft. which Ricard Cohen was able to arrange at their present location Ruby Has is a Fulfillment Service company.

ELM FREIGHT HANDLERS – Represented by Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties has arranged a six year lease at 2002 Orville Dr., Bohemia NY for 62,731 sq. ft. , a Rechler owned property. ELM GLOBAL is a third-party logistics partner providing optimal levels of visibility and inventory control to even the most complex of logistics operations. They are a committed company to Long Island.

ALADDIN PACKAGING – Ashlind Properties represented, Aladdin Packaging. in the sales transaction from Rechler Equity. The sale was for the 41,954 sq. ft. facility located at 85 Engineers Road, Hauppauge, NY. Aladdin Packaging a high-quality flexographic printer and have been a leader in the packaging industry since 1970, needed to expand their operations.

ALADDIN PACKAGING 2ND DEAL – Symmetry Event Solutions, Inc. needed to expand their warehouse space. Ashlind Properties negotiated 21,482 sq. ft. located at 85 Engineers Road, Hauppauge, NY

HEALTH LEVEL ONE INC.- Ashlind Properties represents both seller and purchaser. Richard J. Cohen secured the buyer Health Level One Inc. for the 21,285 sq. ft. facility located 180 Adams Ave, Hauppauge, NY from Moshe Fisher Realty. Health Level One services the Nutritional Supplements, Natural Products, Vitamins and the Cosmaceutical Industry to provide analytical testing for Purity and Potency.

ELM FREIGHT HANDLERS – Ashlind Properties negotiated a lease renewal of 90,000 sq. ft. located at 500 Commack Road Commack,NY. (a Steel Equity’s owned building)

PREMIER STORE FIXTURES – Ashlind Properties has inked a lease transaction for Premier Store Fixtures, 17,213 sq. ft. located at 165 Oser Avenue, Hauppauge, NY.

B & B ELECTRONICS Ronkonkoma, NY (2014) representing the Sun-Landlord Terry Tire Town Richard J. Cohen of Ashlind Properties completed a lease transaction of 125,000 sq. ft. located at 999 South Oyster Bay Road, Syosset NY.

PND PROPERTIES, LLC Representing the seller Ashlind Properties has completed a sales transaction for PND Properties, LLC, of their 20,000 sq. ft. facility located at 380 Rabro Drive, Hauppauge, NY. To Comme CI—Comme Ca Apparel Group represented by Kyle Burkhardt of Cushman & Wakefield

SWIFT TECH LLC. worked with Ashlind Properties to consummate a lease transaction of 6,314 sq. ft. located at 275 Marcus Drive, Hauppauge. The facility will be used for warehousing. (Long Island Industrial building).

PREMIER STORE FIXTURES worked with Ashlind Properties to consummate a lease renewal transaction for 15,000 sq. ft. located at 400 Oser Avenue, Hauppauge for their renewal of their corporate offices. (Rechler Equity owned – building).

TROPHY DEPOT Ashlind Properties has completed a sales transaction for ELM Freight Handlers, for their 105,253 sq. ft. facility located at 400 Rabro Drive, Hauppauge, NY to Trophy Depot. This facility will be Trophy Depot new headquarters and fabricating facility.

MJJP REALTY CORP. Represented by Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties has completed a sales transaction of 20,000 sq. ft. located at 171 Remington Blvd, Ronkonkoma, NY to SUNation Solar Systems, Inc.
