Sign company expandingin Islandia

M&M Awning and Sign has purchased a 23,000-square-foot industrial building next door to its Islandia headquarters for $2.4M.
The property is located on 1.18 acres at 190-200 Oval Drive.
The company had outgrown its existing 20,000-square-foot building at 180 Oval Drive, which was bought for $1.725 million in June 2014. M&M will now use both properties for its expanding operations.

Richard Cohen, principal of Hauppauge-based Ashlind Properties, represented the buyer in both of its Islandia purchases. FrankFrizalone and Nicholas Gallipoli of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Pap Oval Drive LLC, in the 190-200 Oval Drive sales transaction.
