Ashlind Properties was responsible for closing over 238,000 square feet of industrial real estate transactions during the winter of 1993. Ashlind Properties’ sole broker, Richard J. Cohen arranged the following transactions: The sale of 50,000 square feet located on 4 acres at Rabro Drive to Spartan Display for Spartan’s use. Ashlind also represented Letts of London, Ltd., the oldest diary manufacturer in the world in its move to 80,000 square feet at 60 Arkay Drive, Hauppauge. The British company is under the 7th generation of leadership of the Lett’s family; In a separate move, Ashlind was responsible in leasing Letts of London, Ltd’s former 28,000 square foot facility on Parkway Drive to LNK International; Representing the principal of F&H Manufacturing, Inc., he helped them to acquire the 20,000 square feet fully air-conditioned facility at 20 Newton Place, Hauppauge; The firm also represented Economy Fasteners, Inc. in its 8,400 sq. ft. move to Hoffman Lane in Hauppauge. Representing Creative Liquidators in its long-term lease obligation at 800 Grand Boulevard, Deer Park, Cohen helped to negotiate a 10 year lease over 40,000 square feet to the freight handling firm. Ashlind Properties has signed a long term lease with Coast to Coast Generics, Inc. for 30,000 sq. ft. located at 280 Oser Ave., Hauppauge, NY. Presently Ashlind Properties is handling over 400,000 square feet on an exclusive basis.
