HAUPPAUGE, NY- Ashlind Properties was responsible for closing over 630,000 s/f of industrial real estate transactions during the last six months. Ashlind Properties’ sole broker, Richard Cohen, arranged the following transactions:

Representing Nationwide Cellular Service, Inc., Ashlind Properties was responsible for the relocation of Nationwide’s executive offices to a 54,000 s/f facility located at 901 Stewart Ave, Garden City, N.Y.

Ashlind Properties was responsible for consummating a lease transaction for 15,000 s/f at 73 Sherwood Ave., Farmingdale, N.Y. for Physician Sales & Service, Inc., a fast-growing NASDQ company.

Representing Corwood Labs, Cohen was responsible for acquiring an additional 63,300 s/f of warehouse space for the firm in three separate transactions.

Representing Spartan Display, Ashlind Properties was responsible for the relocation of the company’s warehouse into a 23,000 s/f facility.

Cohen was responsible for the sale of a 42,000 s/f facility located at 101 Corporate Dr., Hauppauge, N.Y. to Consac Industries, Inc.

Representing New Breed Distribution Corp., Cohen was responsible for acquiring 225,000 s/f of warehouse space for the firm in three separate transactions.

Ashlind Properties brokered a lease transaction for 10,400 s/f located at 90 Air Park Dr., Ronkonkoma, N.Y. for Creative Specialties International, Inc.

Representing Creative Liquidators, Inc., Ashlind Properties negotiated a release of liability for Letts of London’s 81,000 s/f facility located in Equi-Park, an industrial park owned and managed by Equitable Life Insurance Company.

Representing Computer Associates International, Inc., Ashlind Properties negotiated a lease transaction for 7,000 s/f located at 180 Oser Ave., Hauppauge, N.Y.

Cohen consummated a lease transaction for 21,900 s/f located on Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, N.Y. for Generation Metal Corp.

Representing A&Z Pharmaceutical, Inc., Ashlind Properties consummated a lease for 13,000 s/f.
