555 N. Research Place, Central Islip
ELM Global Logistics leased the 180,000-square-foot industrial building on 11.79 acres at 555 N. Research Place in Central Islip. ELM had previously been leasing 85,000 square feet at the property. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Steel Equities, in the lease transaction.
