Ashlind Properties Closes 71.42% of all Suffolk County SBA deals

Ashlind Properties closed 5 out of 25 of the Largest Small Business Administration Guaranteed Loans in the New York District, which includes New York City and Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2003. The top 25 loans were all approved under 504 loan program which provides growing businesses with long-term, fixed rate financing for major assets, such as equipment, land and buildings.
