Lifetime Design expands in Deer Park

Lifetime Design & Construction, a maker of custom woodworking products, has bought a 20,000-square-foot building in Deer Park.

The price of the building at 162 East Industry Court was reported to be $1.2 million. It was sold by Midland Manufacturing, a shower door maker. Midland Manufacturing folded this year.

Lifetime is tripling its existing space on Brook Avenue with the purchase.

Richard Cohen of Hauppauge-based Ashlind Properties secured the buyer, and Ron Lazar and Richard Weissman of Schacker Realty represented the seller in the deal.
