Bohemia industrial property sells for $6.5M

An industrial property in Bohemia has sold for $6.5 million.
New York Tent purchased the 40,000-square-foot building on 2.61 acres at 100 Wilbur Place.
The seller, U.S. Laminating Corp., is closing its manufacturing operation at the property.
Earlier this year, New York Tent purchased the 30,000-square-foot building on 3.53 acres next door at 110 Wilbur Place to give them a combined 70,000 square feet of space in Bohemia.
The company will be subleasing 57,500 square feet of space that it leases nearby at 1401 Lakeland Ave., which will be available in April 2022.
Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Lamit LLC, in the 100 Wilbur Place sales transaction and is representing New York Tent in its subleasing effort.
David Perkins of The Law Office of David L. Perkins represented New York Tent in both of its Wilbur Place acquisitions.
