Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties (www.ashlindproperties.com) has brokered two
sales totaling $6.324 million and five leases totaling 119,237 s/f. The deals include:
The $3.75 million sale of 2070 Fifth Ave. Cohen represented the buyer, Carson
Optical, and seller. The 50,600 s/f facility is situated on four acres and the open floor plan
provided the buyer with many configuration flexibilities for their growing office
operations.
The $2.574 million sale to Command Business Products for a 22,000 s/f facility
located 310 Oser Ave., Hauppauge. The facility has been renovated and the office space
was a perfect match for their business.
Echo Lake Industries, a wholesaler of Men’s Apparel, consummated a 11,800 s/f
lease for warehousing and assembly space located at 1980 New Hwy., Farmingdale.
Ashlind represented Echo Lake.
Ashlind negotiated a 38,690 s/f warehouse lease renewal for Source One at 20
Commerce Dr., Hauppauge.
In a second lease deal for Source One, Ashlind negotiated an expansion of a 16,637
s/f warehouse space at 24 Commerce Dr., Hauppauge.
On behalf of Bay Shore Moving & Storage, Ashlind negotiated a lease for 8,230 s/f
of storage space located at 390 Oser Ave., Hauppauge.
Representing the sub-landlord and sub-tenant, Diamond Truck Leasing Corp.,
Ashlind consummated a sublease for 43,880 s/f located at 50 Emjay Blvd., Brentwood. The
deal involved a sublease from Elm Freight Handlers.
