Hauppauge, NY Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties consummated a lease transaction between landlord Maltz Properties Corp. and tenant Triple Crown Warehouse for a 10,860 s/f facility located at 32 Ranick Rd. for warehousing and distribution.
