The largest remaining parcel of undeveloped land in the Hauppauge Industrial Park has sold for $3.1 million – and the buyer plans on placing an office property on the site.

Real estate experts familiar with the site said the land could accommodate an office facility of up to 60,000 square feet.

The 5.76-acre piece of land along Oser Avenue was acquired by Oser 165 LLC of Bethpage. The seller of the land was Our Girls Realty Corp.

In the transaction, the seller was represented by Ashlind Properties President Richard Cohen. The buyer was represented by Buck Realty President Todd Buckvar.
