Hauppauge industrial property trades for $6.6M

An industrial property in Hauppauge has sold for $6.6 million.
The buyer, 160 Oser LLC, an entity registered to a Garden City-based plastics manufacturer, purchased the 31,500-square-foot building on 3.43 acres at 160 Oser Ave.
First constructed in 1978, the building, which was delivered vacant, features two loading docks and two drive-in docks. The property has parking for 127 vehicles.
Dan Gazzola and Chuck Tabone of Newmark represented the buyer, while Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented seller Vicenza Properties LLC in the sales transaction.
